- Develop and implement creative social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead conversions.
- Manage and maintain content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely publishing of posts.
- Create and supervise engaging, high-quality content (text, graphics, videos, reels, stories, polls, etc.) that aligns with the brand’s voice and identity.
- Actively engage with the online community — respond to comments, messages, and build a loyal audience base.
- Track, analyze, and report monthly performance metrics; optimize strategies based on analytics and insights.
- Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, integrating them into campaigns.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams for integrated campaign planning.
- Run and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. (when required).
- Guide and support junior executives/interns to ensure quality execution of deliverables.
- Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Social Media Executive / Social Media Manager.
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite).
- Creativity with an eye for design — able to work with graphic designers or create visuals using Canva/Photoshop.
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Video editing skills for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Experience with influencer marketing collaborations.
- SEO basics for social content optimization.
