- Responsible for timekeeping and attendance management as the major role, including monitoring biometric systems, shifts, and leave records.
- Handle payroll management by ensuring accurate salary processing, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Ensure labour law compliances including PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, and statutory filings.
- Maintain employee records and update HRMS on a regular basis.
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, and onboarding of employees.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives across departments.
- Coordinate with management and finance teams for smooth HR operations.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and timely execution of all HR processes.
