hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Executive to manage and
streamline our vendor payments and ensure timely and accurate processing of
invoices. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, knowledge
of accounting principles, and hands-on experience in Tally, ERP, or similar
accounting software.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end Accounts
Payable process, including invoice verification, approvals, and
payment processing
Reconcile vendor statements
and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with
company policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax laws (GST, TDS,
etc.)
Coordinate with procurement,
finance, and vendor teams for smooth invoice management
Prepare and maintain
accurate records of all payables and generate aging reports
Process employee
reimbursements, advances, and petty cash transactions as required
Support monthly, quarterly,
and annual closing activities related to AP
Assist in audits and
internal controls related to accounts payableRequired Skills:Minimum 3 years of
experience in Accounts Payable / Finance
Proficiency in Tally ERP
/ SAP / Oracle or any major accounting system
Strong knowledge of GST,
TDS, and other statutory compliance
Good understanding of accounting
principles and payment cycles
Excellent communication and
coordination skills
Proficient in MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)Preferred Candidate Profile:B.Com / M.Com / MBA in

Experience in a corporate,
