Channel Development & Expansion- Build and scale Fraganote's presence across modern trade outlets (e.g., Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Nykaa Luxe, etc.).- Identify, negotiate, and close strategic retail partnerships with national and regional players.- Plan and execute product listings, launches, and in-store activations.Sales Strategy & Execution- Develop annual sales plans and targets for offline modern trade channels.- Track and drive store-wise, SKU-wise, and region-wise sales performance.- Align pricing, offers, and visibility initiatives with brand and commercial goals.Team & Field Management- Recruit, train, and lead a strong field sales team and promoters.- Oversee planogram compliance, on-ground marketing efforts, and in-store execution.- Build an effective retail operations rhythm - beat planning, stock rotation, and visual merchandising.Cross-functional Collaboration- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align retail activities with brand campaigns.- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely replenishment and inventory optimization.Reporting & Analytics- Monitor key KPIs: sell-through, ROI per outlet, sales velocity, stock cover.- Generate actionable insights from field data and recommend improvements.Key Requirements:- At least 4 years of experience in FMCG/beauty/personal care with a focus on modern trade.- Strong relationships with key modern trade players and retail chains.- Proven track record of launching/expanding brands in offline retail.- Solid understanding of retail dynamics, shelf management, and trade marketing.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
