- Lead and manage end-to-end AI infrastructure sales cycles across assigned accounts and regions.
- Identify, develop, and convert high-potential opportunities aligned with Cloud & AI infrastructure offerings.
- Build and implement strategic account plans to ensure long-term revenue growth and customer success.
- Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, understanding their business objectives and aligning solutions to address their challenges.
- Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key technology influencers.
- Position as a leader in AI infrastructure and next-generation data centre solutions.
- Partner with internal teams including Presales, Engineering, Marketing, Channel Partners, and Customer Success to deliver tailored, end-to-end solutions.
- Collaborate with technology ecosystem and alliances to expand solution reach and customer value.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of data centre and AI infrastructure technologies (compute, GPU, storage, networking, cloud).
- Stay current with emerging trends in deep learning, AI, and scalable infrastructure.
- Monitor competitive activity and provide strategic insights to internal stakeholders.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and strategic deal execution.
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, and stakeholder visibility.
- Represent at customer briefings, industry events, and executive roundtables as a subject matter expert in AI Infrastructure.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies, customer enablement initiatives, and the launch of new data centre solutions.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years in technology sales or account management, ideally in enterprise or data centre segments.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in selling complex infrastructure solutions, particularly related to AI, data centre, or hybrid cloud environments.
- Business Growth: Proven ability to drive revenue through innovative, technology-led solution selling and market development.
- Technical Understanding: Solid grasp of modern data centre architecture, including compute, storage, networking, AI workloads, and cloud integration.
- Relationship Management: Track record of building and maintaining strategic customer and partner relationships, particularly at the executive level.
- Communication: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
