This role focuses on tracking project progress, assisting in documentation, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and supporting on-site technical coordination.Responsibilities:Design Implementation & Support:Assist in implementing MEPF system designs by coordinating with consultants, vendors, and internal teams.Ensure that MEPF components are installed as per approved designs and project requirements.Support the execution team in resolving minor technical issues and escalating concerns as needed.Project Tracking & Documentation:Maintain records of project schedules, design approvals, and site execution updates.Assist in tracking budget allocations and cost-related documentation for MEPF installations.Ensure that all MEPF-related documentation is organized and accessible for audits and compliance checks.Site Monitoring & Reporting:Conduct basic site inspections to track the progress of MEPF installations and report any deviations.Work closely with the Senior Executive to ensure quality standards are met during execution.Assist in preparing reports on system performance, installation status, and compliance checks.Compliance & Regulatory Support:Support in gathering documentation for regulatory approvals and safety compliance checks.Ensure that MEPF installations adhere to local building codes and airport infrastructure guidelines.Coordination & Stakeholder Support:Act as a support liaison between vendors, contractors, and project teams for smooth execution.Assist in coordinating project meetings and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.Learning & Development:Stay updated on new MEPF technologies, safety standards, and best practices.Participate in training sessions and technical discussions to enhance knowledge and skills.Key Stakeholders - Internal:Lead - MEPFProject Management TeamEngineering DepartmentProcurement TeamHealth and Safety TeamSite SupervisorsKey Stakeholders - External:Consultants and ArchitectsRegulatory AuthoritiesVendors and SuppliersContractors and SubcontractorsPlumbing equipment suppliersUtility and service providersQualifications:Education Qualification:Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.Work Experience:3-5 years of experience in MEPF execution, preferably in airport or large infrastructure projects.Basic understanding of MEPF systems, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
