- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical skills needed.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking).
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions — from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ technical fit and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of technical skills and IT job roles (e.g., developers, testers, network engineers, DevOps).
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with ATS tools.
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques.
- Basic understanding of emerging tech stacks and IT market trends.
