While this role is with one of our trusted clients, ABEX will support you throughout the hiring journey—ensuring a seamless and insightful experience.Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, source top talent, and help build exceptional teams for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Understand client requirements and job descriptions in detail.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.Screen and shortlist candidates based on client expectations.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Provide timely updates to clients and gather feedback.Follow up with selected candidates through joining and onboarding.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.Manage and update candidate databases and generate regular reports.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (HR specialization preferred).1–4 years of experience in recruitment or staffing (client-facing preferred).Familiarity with Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.Nice to Have:Experience in both tech and non-tech hiring.Prior exposure to client handling in recruitment firms.
