Hiring for Salesforce Developer - PAN INDIAJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with at least 6 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning Components, and integrations with external systems.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Manage Salesforce configurations including custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, or native connectors.Optimize performance and troubleshoot production issues to ensure high reliability and performance of applications.Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.Maintain clear and concise documentation for solutions, processes, and best practices.Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features; apply them where applicable.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.6-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.Familiarity with tools such as VS Code with Salesforce extensions, Git, Jira, and CI/CD processes.Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required).Salesforce Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications (preferred).Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud.Knowledge of DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
