Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer with expertise in flow automation, declarative development, and CRM optimization. The ideal candidate will balance technical proficiency with strong business understanding, enabling the design and implementation of solutions that improve efficiency, ensure data integrity, and drive measurable business outcomes.In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance workflows, automate repetitive processes, and support strategic initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact sales operations, customer satisfaction, and the overall performance of the CRM platform.Education & Experience● Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.● Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with proven expertise in declarative automation and platform customization.Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical / Functional (Essential)● Work on complex, high-impact Salesforce initiatives that directly influence business operations.
