- Craft and drive complex product(s) and experience vision across a matrixed organization independently
- Proficiently lead long term vision strategically aligned to the organizational goals
- Mastery in translating business needs into customer goals and features
- Mastery in both crafting and driving the vision, strategy, and overall execution for a highly complex product line or multiple product lines
- Deliver against core customer value propositions and Best Buy's strategic and financial goals
- Demonstrate empathy for the customer, and steer discussions to how to build customer trust
- Reduce system constraints (resource, financial, technology) to build long-term customer engagement and brand love
- Demonstrate the test / learn / iterate mindset
- Lead teams to innovate and transform by embracing new ways of working
- Demonstrate an innovative mindset and find ways to push through adversity
- Analyze product performance through qualitative and quantitative analysis tools and processes
- 12+ years of Product Management experience with a bachelors degree, OR experience working with Development, User Experience, Strategy, or related. Including:
- 4+ years of experience with direct people management and team management
- 2+ years of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, or related
- Prior experience as an individual contributor product manager
- Experience working in a highly complex and distributed organization
- Experience coaching and leading product managers
- Ability to lead and influence a team while fostering relationships across multiple enterprise-wide teams
- Exceptional communication skills, able to present complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated bias for action, adept at strategic planning, defining OKRs, and driving business outcomes
- Expert at working in an agile environment
- Expert using analytics and KPIs to drive decision making
- Experience working in an omni-channel retail environment
- Demonstrated record of building platform products at scale
- Experience working in a cross functional global team
- This position is based in Bengaluru.
- Best Buy India operates under a hybrid work model (in office / remote) with an expectation for employees to be in the office three days a week Generally, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
