National Sales Manager would be responsible to drive the company's sales objective across the country. He will be responsible to drive the entire P/L across all channels and be involved in supervising the entire sales team in the organisation.-Develop and implement effective sales strategies.-Appoint Market oriented channel partners.-Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets.-Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.-Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.-Monitor and analyses performance metrics and suggest improvements.-Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.-Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.-Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs.-Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.-Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on boardOpportunity to work in a MNC|Lead India P&L across multiple channels-Proven knowledge and application of a wide range of sales techniques and concepts to increase sales within the region-Strong understanding of target markets and consumer behaviour-Excellent oral and written communication skills-Ability to respond positively to pressure and take a flexible approach to change-Organised and methodical, with the ability to manage workload and priorities autonomously-Proactive with the ability and confidence to use initiative-Well presented with a professional manner to act as a brand ambassador-Proven business awareness with commercial acumenThe client is a leading retail MNC with well known brands across toys and collectable categoryNA
