Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Design of NVH components and products based on defined concepts along the VC ProMaP workflow from the RFQ phase to SOP - and supporting in the pre-RFQ phaseComprehensive knowledge of and working in compliance to design guidelines, standards and best practice portfoliosPart design in respect to robustness, feasibility (DFM) and design to cost (D2C) using global VC Engineering tools, considering the respective due datesOptimization of components based on defined counter measuresDocumentation of development results (e.g. 3D/2D CAD, FEA reports and ProMaP deliverables) according to internal standardsPreparation of dimensioned drawings for components and assemblies considering GD&TDevelop own professional skills ongoing according to the state of the technologyCheck drawings including tolerance stack-up and incompliance to internal & external standardsContribute to definition of CAD standards and guidelines (e. g. drawing templates)Qualifications:Engineering degree preferable (Master, Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial or Design Engineering or similar)The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
