- Work towards sales of specialty green coffee to roasters / customers within the European market and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with green coffee suppliers / producers in Asia and Africa, and manage sourcing projects
- Manage and update CRM database
- Contribute towards conducting analysis of market, identify client requirements & establish further areas of growth
- Assist on marketing projects related to social media, specialty coffee content, newsletters, etc
- Coordinate with Attesa Coffee’s European warehouse partners to manage entry and dispatch of inventory
- Work with European transport partners to facilitate final customer deliveries, including requesting quotations, finalizing delivery orders and tracking progress
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or similar
- Experience / working knowledge in the specialty coffee field is a must
- Ability / preference to work in a dynamic / entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to learn and an active to develop a career in the Coffee Industry
- Team player/problem solver, resourceful in creating solutions.
- Ability to manage communications; fluent in both spoken and written English
- Additional courses or certifications in Specialty Coffee
