We are looking for a promising candidate who has previous experience in the coffee & tea vending machine industry. This Job opening for the role of Business Development - Area Sales Manager (Bangalore) - Roastea Vending Solutions: Job Description Client Management - Managing and client servicing (addressing the problems) of the overall Clients of the Company as directed by the Company. Installation of Vending Machines - You will be responsible for generating leads for new clients, ensuring successful demos at their office premises and ensuring successful installation of machines at the Client's premises. Business Development - You will be responsible for the following : Business development of vending machines as well as commercials negotiations by identifying market potential to establish new Accounts/Channel/Distributors/territory to install Vending Machines and ensuring right Machine placement with fixed Productivity. Achieving the target set by the Company in terms of Sales Volume, Revenue and Profitability goals. Building the team and Managing and motivating all team members through adequate training, guidance and performance appraisals in order to achieve set targets. Monitoring overall functionality with respect to each client & working towards improvements to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Handling potential customers to determine their requirements; ensure Proactive sales exploration to new customer acquisition. Preparing and maintaining regular MIS/sales forecast Reports to provide feedback to the top management along with action plan for effective rendering of services. 4) Maintaining P/L - Maintaining and managing a complete P/L of all the states and cities the Company would be operating in. You shall be reporting the P/L monthly to the management (in the format as desired by the Management) and shall be accountable for proper recruitment, operations, management and successful expansion of the operations team. 5) Operations In-charge - You will be responsible for managing the whole team including the distributors, operation heads, technicians and any other team members added from time to time. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. Coordinate with Ware house for Packaging stocks & ensure documented & Delivered to the Outlets. Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines Strong verbal, Written communication skills & strong analytical skills An empowered team member, a process-oriented thinker Qualifications : Education: Basic Bachelors Degree Required, Masters Degree in Business Administration (Optional) Experience: 3+ Years of on-ground experience in the vending machine industry Skills: Skilled in MS Office (outlook, Word & excel), Business Development Training Skills, People Skills, Leadership Skills.
