we are currently seeking an accomplished QA/QC Engineer to spearhead our quality assurance and quality control efforts in villa and residential projects. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of construction quality, compliance, and project excellence.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:Quality Assurance and Control:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans for residential projects, with a focus on villas.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of QA/QC activities, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance documentation.
  • Generate regular reports on the quality status of projects, highlighting any deviations and proposing corrective actions.
  • Provide detailed documentation for project handovers and client acceptance.
Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance QA/QC processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
  • Identify and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve overall project quality.
Training and Communication:
  • Conduct training sessions for project teams to ensure a clear understanding of quality standards and processes.
  • Communicate QA/QC requirements to subcontractors and vendors and provide guidance to ensure compliance.
  • Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability within the organization.
Testing and Inspection:
  • Oversee material testing and inspection activities to validate compliance with project specifications.
  • Coordinate with external testing agencies to ensure independent verification of materials and workmanship.
  • Implement a systematic approach to identify and address non-conformities promptly.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate QA/QC processes seamlessly into project workflows.
  • Participate in project meetings to provide QA/QC insights and contribute to decision-making.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in QA/QC engineering, particularly in villa and residential projects.
  • Familiarity with relevant quality standards and construction codes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
