Preparation/ Approval of various Inspection and Testing Procedures Carry out the Internal Process audits Knowledge of Raw material inspection & Final components. Implementing process quality systems, Hands on experience with ISO documentation Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, QC Tools Analysis of inhouse rejection & taking necessary actions Knowledge of attending customer complaints, FMEA, SPC & 8D Knowledge of powder coating & painting Knowledge of SAP Computer knowledge MS office, Excel, Word & MS Power point Electronic & electrical knowledge Knowledge of Calibration procedure Knowledge of in process inspection preferably from engineering industry Preparation of WI / SOP/ QAP Interpersonal communication Multi language skill
