- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles across our companies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal tools
- Post jobs, build pipelines, and run proactive outreach campaigns
- Coordinate candidate communications and ensure an outstanding experience
- Own and manage the hiring workflow inside our ATS (Zoho Recruit)
- Work directly with hiring managers and the company founder to understand job briefs and meet deadlines
- Handle salary alignment, offer letters, onboarding steps, and feedback loops
- Continuously improve hiring processes and sourcing strategies for better speed and quality
- You have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally with both agency and in-house exposure
- You’ve hired across different industries and functions, including real estate, marketing, operations, and admin roles
- You’re confident with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search, and Excel/Google Sheets
- You speak and write excellent English and can communicate clearly with international clients and candidates
- You are highly organized, goal-driven, and take full ownership of results
- You have strong attention to detail and can work independently in a remote environment
- Bonus if you’ve recruited for Dubai or UK markets before
