- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
- Good coordination and organizational skills to handle customer flow efficiently.
- Proficiency in English and the local language for effective communication.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle queries and situations calmly and effectively.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment with high interaction levels.
