- Writing detailed comprehensive processes basis changes in regulation, product, system etc post analyzing risks and responsibilities from all perspectives & ensuring timely release of the same by liaising with respective stakeholders.
- Liaisoning with stakeholders like Compliance / Risk / Product / Legal / OPS etc. to gather information.
- Identification of existing processes for revision / updation.
- Providing tailor made solutions to Branches for specific business requirements.
- Provide assistance to product / operations /management.
- The team member will be responsible for ensuring that customer requests for deceased claim settlement are closed within defined TAT of Bank
- Any process / policies affecting Retail Liabilities customers will have to be routed through this Team.
- Handling query desk for quick resolution of queries / clarifications raised by channel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- In depth knowledge about Branch Banking Products, Operations and Processes
- Knowledge about Deceased claim related process is mandatory
- Summary recommendations from SMEs for process improvements and other findings
- Should be able to think proactively for process changes from Business Process Re-engineering perspective
- Should be aware of competitive practices.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Guidelines
- Ability to work and close tasks independently
