In your new role you will:
- Lead the development of applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards in the “Collaboration” area
- Develop high-quality, testable, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and technologies
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure their growth and success
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient application architecture
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with other teams as needed
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve application development
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring knowledge sharing and reuse
- Collaborate with Testing team to ensure thoroug
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Minium 5 years of experience in software development
- Web programming technologies
- C# .Net Framework, ASP.NET
- jQuery, Scripting in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
- Front end frameworks (like Reactjs, Antd with Typescript)
- .Net Core & .Net Framework (Developing Web APIs & Web Apps)
- Understanding of oAuth
- Building apps using Nodejs
- Microsoft SharePoint 2016/2019 & SharePoint Online
- Containerization / OpenShift / Docker / Cloud Ready Application Development
- Good experience in IIS, Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of SQL Server
- Good knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Quick in learning new technologies & concepts
