Job Description:To attend Pipe support activities & assist LE to meet Schedules linked with Pipe Support outputs in a project.Knowledge of relevant international codes and standards such as ASME, API, NEMA etc.Perform detailing of pipe supportsExperience in performing special pipe support designPreparation of Pipe Support standard and Pipe support MTOInteraction with other JEs and other disciplinesInteraction with Clients.Preparation of pipe Loads to Layout/Structural, review of Stress Analysis ReportsMust have working knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, International codes and standards, procedures and specificationsPrepare DCI / MCI through Engineering ManagerParticipation in weekly review meetings, Model reviews and Safety studiesKnowledge of Piping design documents.Review of 3D Model, clash checks and its resolutionPreparation of RFQs, MRs, vendor offers, TQs, VDR, Purchase specifications for Pipe Support components
