This full-time role requires managing schedules, organizing meetings, and ensuring efficient coordination within the team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail to support our executive management team.Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience with calendar management to efficiently schedule and organize executive appointments and meetings.
  • Competency in planning and coordinating meetings, ensuring all logistical details are managed seamlessly for successful outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Attention to detail to handle sensitive information and ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring important deadlines and responsibilities are consistently met.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software to create reports, manage data, and communicate efficiently.
  • Problem-solving ability to anticipate issues and implement effective solutions proactively.
  • Proactive mindset to take initiative in supporting the executive team with various administrative tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings to enhance time efficiency.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and arrangements are in place.
  • Liaise with various departments and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
  • Conduct research and compile information as required to support executives in decision-making processes.
  • Maintain and update records and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence for executives as needed.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Provide high-level administrative support by managing projects and conducting research as requested.
