Job Title: Executive AssistantKey Responsibilities:Strategic Support:- Assist in planning, tracking, and executing business strategies and initiatives.- Prepare briefs, presentations, and dashboards for leadership reviews and board meetings.- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and internal data analysis to support decision-making.- Monitor and follow up on key action points and strategic deliverables.Executive Operations:- Manage and prioritize the Director's schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel.- Attend high-level meetings, record minutes, and track action items.- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.Stakeholder Management:- Serve as a liaison between the Director and senior leadership, clients, consultants, and external partners.- Coordinate inter-departmental and cross-functional communications and activities.Project Coordination:- Oversee key cross-functional projects on behalf of the Director.- Ensure timelines, milestones, and reporting metrics are adhered to.
