- Calendar and Scheduling: Managing schedules, including appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning.
- Meeting Coordination: Organizing and preparing for meetings, including booking rooms, sending invitations, and managing agendas.
- Communication: Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Emails/Follow Ups/Filing/Record keeping
- Travel Arrangements: Co-ordinating travel-related logistics.
- Report Preparation: Compiling and organizing data, creating presentations, and preparing reports for the executive.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality with sensitive information and materials.
- Expense Management: Preparing and reconciling expense reports.
- Event Planning: Organizing internal and external events, including team building and conferences.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within hospitality/airline/service industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Business/Commercial acumen
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
