2. Engage with the client on project schedule, implementation plan, support requirements etc along with the relationship manager.
3. Engage and coordinate internal resources, engineers, consultants, and contractors in the preparation and execution of project plans through completion.
4. Drive execution of the projects, keeping them on schedule and on budget, while maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
5. Ensure that the necessary approvals are in place and components and parts are delivered at the site as per requirement including main crane / other cranes.
6. Local stakeholder management on an ongoing basis for wind land, temporary and permanent pathways, lines, main equipment etc.
7. Ensure project implementation quality.
8. Evaluate and ensure that the contractors are carrying out their respective activities at the site as per schedule with an eye toward managing project risks.
9. Present project progress, key findings, and recommendations on a weekly basis.
10. Coordinate and manage contractors and conduct project meetings to discuss project progress.
11. Review and take ownership of project implementation budgets including cost of permits and fees, third-party consultants, and construction costs for off-site, site work.
12. Provide weekly progress reports to clients.
13. Work with the Project Head to optimise the cost and timelines including value engineering.
14. Other duties as assigned.
