Responsibilities - Coordinate project management activities, resources, and project requirements management. Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. Make sure that client's needs are met as projects evolve. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Work with the PM team to eliminate blockers and deliver the tasks efficiently. Use tools to monitor working hours, and plans. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests. Should be able to train the reporting person under him/her. Requirements - Total 6-8 years of proven work experience in the IT industry and 4+ years as a Project Manager or similar role in the Software/Web industry. At least 3+ years of e-commerce industry experience is a must. Good understanding of growing accounts and building strong relationships with the client. Need to have exposure to work with US-based clients. Any certification (e.g. PMP, CSM, SMC, or any) in project management would be an added advantage. Technical background is preferable and have a good understanding of various technologies - Magento, React.js and able to communicate effectively with clients about technology discussions. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery. An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans. Solid organizational skills, and communication skills - including multitasking and time management. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner. Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp/JIRA). Excellent team player and team leader. Candidate with B1/B2 (any US VISA) is a priority. Candidates should get involved in the client's business and grow the account to the next level.
