- Understanding of compensation and benefits to ensure competitive and equitable employee remuneration.
- Strategic planning competencies to contribute to the alignment of HR initiatives with organizational strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing grievances and conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.
- Administer payroll activities accurately, ensuring timely processing and compliance with legal standards.
- Assist in the design and implementation of performance management frameworks to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate workforce planning initiatives to meet the company's staffing requirements strategically.
- Maintain and update HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Support the development and execution of compensation and benefits programs aligning with industry standards.
