This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow in sales operations while gaining exposure to forecasting, CRM data management, and performance tracking. You will work closely with sales managers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and clear visibility into sales performance.Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic business partner to regional sales leaders, delivering data-driven insights and operational support to accelerate sales performance.
Maintain clean and up-to-date opportunity data, ensuring pipeline integrity, revenue predictability, and full visibility into the deal lifecycle.
Support territory planning, headcount allocation, and quota setting with robust, data-driven analyses aligned to business objectives for both direct and partner sales motions.
Lead or contribute to cross-functional revenue operations projects, driving improvements in processes, tools, and data structures that support go-to-market teams.
Build, optimize, and maintain dashboards and performance reports to monitor sales activity, pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales driven metrics.Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce (CRM logic, reporting, automation).
- Solid experience in forecasting, quota planning, and sales performance analysis.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce Dashboards; Tableau experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills across cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English.
