We focus on the following three guiding principles in our business and product design: Player first - build trust and connection with our players, solve their real problems and drive retention. Delightful design - create an unmatched experience for players - UX, UI, and the game design - all leading to a highly engaged and monetised audience Leverage data and user insights to build superior product experiencesAs the Product Designer, you will:

Interact and engage with our users on a regular basis Create an in-depth understanding of our user behaviour, their needs, and challenges Define our design ambition and standards.
Evolve them to suit the global trends in technology and design space Incorporate the best of design principles across material design, interaction design and communication Strategize, develop, and extend the visual design systems and pattern libraries
Own design of user experience for all critical journeys - on the app/web and outside (support etc.)
Design user interfaces that are simple, effective, and memorable
Define and help execute our visual language Work with freelancers, interns, and other partners Measure the impact of your work and iterate to improve the outcome
Co-own critical customer and product metrics with product owners

What we expect you will bring to the table:

Your work portfolio demonstrating the breadth and depth of UX and visual design, which will also include the approach and process followed
Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, industrial design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer, interaction designer, information architect, service designer or the likes
Experience creating services and applications with multiple user touch points on different platforms and devices
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, etc.
Fluency in best design practices and design systems across devices and platforms
