About the role: The Consumer Marketing Team at TMB is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to support e-commerce and performance marketing. This position will report to our Associate Marketing Director and own e-commerce channels (Amazon) to deliver on the goals across multiple brands in the marketplace. As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our advertising efforts on Amazon, focusing on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). You will also provide operational support to the performance marketing team promoting our own brands and advertisers. With at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce advertising and a strong analytical background, you will strategize, implement, and optimize our advertising campaigns to drive sales and profitability. Your day-to-day: Oversee and support execution of in-house operations for paid media, mainly executed across Amazon, and assist with META and Search Engine Marketing, to deliver on business objectives Work closely with the Business Owners to identify e-commerce strategy, recruitment and sustainment of audience pools, and an optimal media mix to beat benchmark KPIs Give clear and concise creative direction to our in-house creative team and proof all creative Advise peer Business Owners on a data-backed budget, tactical, and executional campaign plan to deliver media objectives Properly project results based on historical metrics and marketplace knowledge Create presentations for delivery to senior management, storytelling around e-commerce analytics, and an informed approach to the future Maintain a pulse on marketplace trends and competitive activity Review current campaign results on a regular cadence and pivot quickly to maximize profitability You have: Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field At least 3-5 years of experience managing e-commerce ads on Amazon Experience with performance marketing campaigns on Google and META is preferred E-commerce Expertise: Deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics and consumer behavior online - Experience in managing advertising campaigns for products sold on Amazon is crucial Technical Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central is required. Experience with Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is preferred Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make data-driven decisions - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills - Ability to articulate insights and strategies effectively to stakeholders at all levels Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously About this team: The Associate Marketing Manager will work closely with the Associate Director/Performance Marketing to empower surrounding team members. This tight nit team will have a keen microscope on it to deliver projected KPIs in the months to come.
