- Problem Solving: Identify and/or resolve root causes for incidents and defects with help from teammates or developers. Have an apt for curiosity to learn new technologies and business knowledge; and to apply them to solve business problem.
- Continue Improvement: Analyse and propose optimal design changes to improve the existing solution.
- Project Involvement: Provide Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Rollout, Training and Documentation when involved in Project work.
- Requirement Gathering: Gather and clarify business As-Is and To-be requirements with high level of IT and Business knowledge and adequate level of details
- Collaboration: Work with Subject Matter Experts, Service Architects, and Process Experts to design optimal solutions according to best practices.
- Change Management: Support projects in identifying necessary change management for implementing new solution capabilities.
- Innovation: Actively participate in and support innovation and improvement initiatives.
- Operational Support: Assist the IT Service Delivery Team in maintaining operational excellence and building service experience on the job.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage Business stakeholders and drive activities that contributes value to the business and company.
- Flexibility: Be prepared to take on additional tasks as assigned by Tetra Pak.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology and/or Information Systems, or a relevant bachelor's degree in supply chain management with an aptitude for IT skills
- Experience: Some technical hands-on experience in customs trade and compliance, supply chain or procurement domain of an IT solution (e.g. MIC-CUST, SAP Global Trade Services, Thomson Reuters One Source Global Trade, Oracle Global Trade Management) will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to translate business needs into requirements and use cases, with strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication.
