- Finance 2030 skill development. The Junior PMO Analyst sits in CFO, within the Finance University Working Group and provides governance, coordination, and analytics support across global workstreams (content, platforms, change & comms).

- You run the regular working group calls including agendas, notes, follow‑ups, and maintaining the master plan, decisions log, and dependency map as well as supporting the CFO People Forum pillars where necessary.
- You prepare executive ready status updates, briefing notes, and steering materials to ensure readiness for governance forums.
- You set up and maintain light‑weight but disciplined PMO controls (scope, milestones, risks/changes) appropriate for a global learning initiative.
- You coordinate stakeholders across CFO SMEs, HR Products/T&D, regional Finance leads, and platform partners, supporting the CFO University Advisory Board where required.
- You build and maintain dashboards covering participation, completion, certification, and sentiment indicators; you analyse data and highlight risks and trends with clear actions.
- You manage content intake, and coordinate with enterprise learning platforms to ensure proper tagging, availability, and reporting.
- You partner with Communications to develop program updates, FAQs, templates and manager toolkits and ensure clear calls to action.
- Experience in PMO/Project Analyst, Business Analyst, or T&D Operations roles
- Planning and coordination skills; comfort with ambiguity and iterative delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, and ideally lightweight project tools (Planner, Lists, etc.)
- Expertise in applying AI Tools
- Strong collaboration skills, and willingness to work in UK-time zone.
