QA Manual Engineer

• Review system requirements and design documents and prepare test plans and strategies.
• Analyze, create, execute, maintain, and document accurate test cases.
• Ensure complete coverage of functional and non-functional aspects of Software from a testing point of view.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and suggest improvements in customer implementations from the perspective of product features and functionality.
• Execute functional, integration and regression testing plans and scripts.
• Work closely with engineers and product owners locally.
• Log, track and document bugs discovered during testing as well as gather all necessary information.
• Document, analyze and communicate results of functional testing.
• Perform API testing (if applicable).
• Work on defect logging, tracking, resolution, and verification.
• Verify new features and enhancements/ improvements.
• Perform regression, installation, and upgrade testing in every release cycle.

• 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance – We will train you but need you to be able to understand complex software and its use cases.
• Experience working with Automation frameworks.
• Catch deeply ingrained defects.
• Experience in Salesforce technology (Optional).
• Understanding of SDLC and tools such as Sprints and Jira.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
• Ideally come from a development background in both frontend and backend testing.
