EUC- Transition Program Manager

• • Lead end-to-end endpoint device migration projects as part of digital workplace transformation.
• Manage the migration from SCCM to Microsoft Intune, including co-management, policy design, and device onboarding.
• Oversee Office 365 migration efforts including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Drive transition projects involving handover from existing vendors, ensuring knowledge transfer, continuity, and service quality.
• Define and implement EUC strategies, standards, and governance models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, service desk, and application owners.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, data protection regulations, and operational best practices.
• Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead and mentor EUC support teams, ensuring operational readiness and knowledge retention.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes.

• Proven experience in SCCM to Intune migration and Microsoft 365 (O365) migration.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, Autopilot, and Windows 10/11 deployment.
• Experience managing vendor transitions, including due diligence, onboarding, and service stabilization.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
