- Developing business tie up with Large Institutions & Key Accounts for pest service- Generating leads through networking, reference, existing customer database and cold calling if required- Pitching presentations for big accounts- Handling Corporate like hotels / hospitals / IT&ITES/SME- Conducting detail inspection of the site, preparing inspection Report, pricing and sales invoice- Preparing Funnel Report- Payment Collection and controlling bad debts- Liason with Service Team for service scheduling- Relationship Management with Key Accounts- Ensure desired productivity level of team members and following company sales processTeam Management- Recruit, Train and Retain Team Members- Review Team through morning Meeting / DSRs- Conduct Field Coaching / Role Plays for team members- Ensure Team disciplineOther Skills - Required- Experience in Key Account Management sales and handling B2C model of sales- Should have handled team handling corporate business- Excellent oral communications skills- Presentation Skills- Aptitude for sales- Pleasing personality- Team Skills and Supervisory SkillsOther Skills - Preferred- Strong team player- High Energy- Aggressive / Assertive (ref:updazz.com)
