Job Description:JD - O9 Solution ArchitectKey Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions using the o9 Solutions platform.
Architect and configure o9 components including Modeler, Workflow Designer, KPI Engine, Scenario Manager, and Data Ingestion frameworks.
Design scalable demand, supply, and financial planning models, including time-series forecasting and constraint-based supply planning.
Define and govern o9 data models, hierarchies, measures, and calculation logic to support enterprise-wide planning.
Design and oversee system integrations between o9 and upstream/downstream systems using Snowflake, Talend, Kafka, REST APIs, SAP CPI, and Oracle OIC.
Enable scenario planning and what-if analysis to support executive decision-making and trade-off analysis.
Lead the design of analytics and reporting using o9 native dashboards, Power BI, or Tableau.
Provide architectural leadership during build, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live stabilization phases.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, guiding teams using Agile delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow).

Skills & Qualifications

8-12+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with strong exposure to IBP / S&OP transformations.
3-5+ years of hands-on experience working with the o9 Solutions platform in architect or lead roles.
Deep expertise in o9 technical components: Modeler, Workflow Designer, Data Ingestion, KPI Engine, and Scenario Manager.
Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques, including time-series forecasting and constraint-based supply models.
Proven experience integrating o9 with enterprise ecosystems using Snowflake, Talend, Kafka, REST APIs, SAP CPI, and Oracle OIC.
Experience designing analytics and visualization solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or o9 dashboards.
Solid hands-on skills with SQL and familiarity with Agile/ITSM tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
Strong solution architecture, analytical, and problem-solving skills for large-scale, global implementations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior business and IT leaders.
