Job Description:Application Architect - Job Description(Java, MongoDB, AWS Cloud, Node.js)Role OverviewThe Application Architect is responsible for defining the technical architecture and solution design for enterprise applications. This role ensures that applications are designed with scalability, maintainability, and cloud readiness in mind, aligning technology decisions with business requirements and enterprise standards.Key Responsibilities

Define application architecture and solution blueprints for new and existing systems.
Design backend services using Java and Node.js, following microservices and API first principles.
Architect data persistence and access layers using MongoDB and related technologies.
Design and govern application deployments on AWS Cloud, ensuring reliability and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Establish and enforce coding, design, and architectural standards.
Perform architecture reviews, identify technical risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Support development teams during implementation and production rollout.
Drive application modernization, cloud migration, and performance optimization initiatives.
Ensure alignment with enterprise security, compliance, and DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong background in Java based application architecture (Spring Boot, microservices).
Experience building applications using Node.js and REST based services.
Solid experience with MongoDB and NoSQL database design.
Hands on experience architecting solutions on AWS Cloud.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, integration patterns, and cloud native design.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Ability to mentor development teams and influence technical decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enterprise application modernization or cloud migration.
Exposure to container orchestration and DevOps tooling.
Prior experience in regulated or large enterprise environments.
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
