We are the largest dredging organization for the past two decades, offering a diverse range of services including maintenance dredging, capital dredging, and environmental dredging solutions.Job Purpose: Team Member - TSHD ensures optimal performance and reliability of dredging equipment through periodic maintenance, troubleshooting of TSHD, quality control, and inventory management.Responsibilities:Operational Planning and Execution:
  • Support systematic maintenance of dredging equipment, manage spare inventory, and ensure rapid response to breakdowns for minimal downtime.
Equipment Maintenance:
  • Assist in maintaining standby subassemblies and resolving equipment breakdowns promptly to ensure continuous functionality.
Project Management:
  • Aid in planning vessel movements, managing crew operations, and optimizing resource use for seamless task execution.
MIS Preparation & Data Collection:
  • Assist in appraising production data, preparing MIS reports, and supporting SAP tasks for efficient data management.
Health & Safety:
  • Conduct emergency drills, prioritize safety and environmental compliance, and promote a culture of safety within the team.
Digital Mindset:
  • Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

  • Superintendent - Operations TSHD
  • Superintendent - Technical TSHD

Qualifications:Education Qualification:
  • Graduate or Engineering Diploma/Degree or B. Tech/ B.E or Minimum Second Mate COC Holder
Work Experience (Range of years):
  • Minimum 04-06 years of experience in marine field operation preferably dredging field
  • Minimum 04-06 years of sailing experience onboard dredgers in capacity of Operator or watchkeeping officer.
