Role and Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to parents and make them register for webinars.
  • Assist parents in completing the registration process for the webinar.
  • Ensure parents understand the value and benefits of attending the webinar.
  • Follow up with registered parents to confirm their attendance.
  • Provide reminders and troubleshoot any issues preventing attendance, such as technical difficulties or scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain a high volume of daily outbound calls, adhering to meet attendance targets.
  • Handle inquiries from parents in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize international voice communication skills to engage effectively with parents across various regions.
  • Accurately log call details, outcomes, and s into the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the webinar and support teams to resolve parent issues efficiently.
  • Provide suggestions for process improvement based on feedback from parents.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (saturday can be work from home)
Week off: on Sunday
Timing: 10am to 7pmWhat are we looking for?
