- Assist parents in completing the registration process for the webinar.
- Ensure parents understand the value and benefits of attending the webinar.
- Follow up with registered parents to confirm their attendance.
- Provide reminders and troubleshoot any issues preventing attendance, such as technical difficulties or scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain a high volume of daily outbound calls, adhering to meet attendance targets.
- Handle inquiries from parents in a professional and courteous manner.
- Utilize international voice communication skills to engage effectively with parents across various regions.
- Accurately log call details, outcomes, and s into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the webinar and support teams to resolve parent issues efficiently.
- Provide suggestions for process improvement based on feedback from parents.
Week off: on Sunday
