- Position Title: Customer Support Executive
- Work Location: Thane, Maharashtra, India
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM
- We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Executive with relevant healthcare experience to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Create weekly dashboard for customer complaints, issues, and resolutions
- Graduate in any healthcare domain (preferred)
- Language proficiency: Good English communication and technically sound
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
