- Take full ownership of the game category, serving as the central figure for its success across product and revenue.
- Develop and optimise monetisation models, pricing strategies, and in-game economy to maximise profitability while ensuring a fair and engaging user experience.
- Create, prioritise, and manage a clear and impactful product roadmap that balances new feature development, optimisation of existing features, technical debt, and business priorities.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis and user research to identify unmet needs, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Translate strategic initiatives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Define, track, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user acquisition, engagement, trading volume, retention, ARPU, conversion rates, and churn.
- 6+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 3+ years directly managing a real money gaming product, ideally in a game category. Product Management for Opinion Trading platforms or similar prediction markets will be a huge plus.
- Strong understanding of prediction markets, opinion trading, or financial trading concepts (e.g., odds, risk management, market dynamics) is highly desirable.
- Has worked in a metrics-rich environment and can be hands-on with data
- Experience setting up product rituals and design processes would be a plus
- Familiarity with ML and ML driven systems of data analysis, i.e., understanding of personlisation as a lever of product development, breaking down business problems into ML problems, devising testing methodology & evaluation of competing ML models, etc
