Provide support to team to ensure good quality RCA Provide support, technical expertise and management to NOC Engineer. Develop, implement, maintain, Review NOC process and documentation Understanding the SLA committed to the customer and aligning the team towards it. Technical training to team Tracking of PM schedule of all Network Element Publishing of Network and Service uptime related reports to all stakeholders as per SLA. Should have good knowledge on SDH/DWDM/OTN technology and troubleshooting skill Hands on experience on Ciena 6500/ Tejas/Infinera OEM and NMS.
