Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to completion

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards

Identify and mitigate project risks and implement contingency plans

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution

Monitor progress and provide regular project updates and reports

Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Conduct post-project reviews to improve future performance

Requirements

10–20 years of experience in project management

Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and site management

Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and scheduling

Hands-on experience in risk management and problem-solving

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Willingness to work on-site and travel frequently

Relevant Experience - 10 years in project management,Project Planning & Execution, Budget & Cost Control, Stakeholder Management & Leadership from (construction/infrastructure preferred) industryLocation- Gangtok (Site-based) | Alignment with Guwahati OfficeNotice period - immediate to 30 daysSalary - Upto 15 LPA
