- Plan and oversee projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget.
- Adjust schedules and plans as needed, and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
- Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
- Maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
- Periodic project reporting to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Demonstrated expertise in Project Management methodologies with strong leadership skills.
- Proven ability in Risk Management; able to foresee potential problems before they happen.
- Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
- Solid experience in Budget Management; capable of preparing financial forecasts for projects while managing resources efficiently.
- Excellent Scheduling abilities; ensuring that all team members adhere to timelines.
- Strong Problem Solving skills; quickly able to devise effective solutions under pressure.
- Negotiation skills with the ability to seek win-win agreements and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Evidence of strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas and collaborating within a team setting as well as externally with clients.
