As a UX Designer focused on our design system, you will play a key role in building and maintaining a comprehensive library of user interface components and guidelines. Your work will ensure seamless user experiences across multiple platforms and help accelerate product development with high standards of accessibility and usability.You will:Lead end-to-end UX design for new features and enhancements, from discovery to delivery.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and domain experts to understand complex business and technical requirementsEstablish and maintain design standards and best practices for consistency across all digital touchpointsMap and simplify multi-step, multi-role workflows into clear, usable interactionsEnsure all components adhere to WCAG accessibility standards, including keyboard navigation and appropriate touch target sizingUse data and qualitative insights to iterate on designs and measure successCreate developer-friendly documentation using tools such as Figma, Storybook, and ZeroHeightProvide training and guidance to designers and developers to promote consistent adoption of the design systemTake the next step towards your dream career

Take the next step in your UX design career and make a meaningful contribution to global healthcare.Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:Essential RequirementsBachelor’s degree in UX Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field5+ years of experience in visual or UX design, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.Experience designing for complex systems, technical products, or multi-role workflows.Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teamsProficiency with design tools such as Figma and prototyping platformsStrong portfolio demonstrating work on data-dense, functionality-rich applications.Interaction design skills with a focus on usability, accessibility, and scalabilityExcellent attention to detail and aesthetic sensibilityWorking proficiency in EnglishDesirable RequirementsExperience working in healthcare technology sectorFamiliarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principlesExperience with tools like Storybook, ZeroHeight, or similar documentation platformsKnowledge of localization and documentation processesWe are Dedalus, come join us
