We specialize in web development, UI/UX design, and custom software development, and take pride in our ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.We are seeking an Associate Project Manager who will serve as a Scrum Master, leading Agile projects and ensuring efficient and effective project delivery. As an Associate Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and drive the successful completion of projects.RequirementsResponsibilities

Lead Agile projects, acting as the Scrum Master and facilitating Agile ceremonies
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope
Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, user stories, and sprint backlogs
Manage project timelines and ensure delivery milestones are met
Identify and manage project risks and dependencies
Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams
Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and management
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or as a Scrum Master
Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, specifically Scrum
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
Experience using project management tools and software
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
