Architect

• Develop architectural designs, blueprints, and technical drawings using CAD and other design software.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints.
• Conduct site analysis to assess feasibility, environmental impact, and compliance with zoning laws.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and interior designers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee project progress, ensuring alignment with design intent, timelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability principles.
• Research and incorporate innovative design solutions, materials, and construction techniques.
• Prepare and present project proposals, 3D models, and visualizations to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Licensed or working towards licensure as an Architect (preferred).
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and material specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with sustainable and green building practices is a plus.

• Experience in commercial, residential, or urban planning projects.
• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling).
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects.
