Job Description Of Dispatch Executive Roles and Responsibilities: Candidate shall ensures that everything runs smoothly by coordinating with customers, providing precise logistics for drivers to follow along on their routes, and coordinating delivery times. Dispatch Executive is a point of contact for drivers and have all the information needed to make deliveries. Sales invoice preparation Coordination with customer and sales person Whole dispatch activity related work Coordination with transporter for dispatching the machine Negotiate with transporter for delivery of machine Rental invoice prepared for machine sent on rental basis. After dispatch done all the invoices to be uploaded on Google and send the dispatch details to customer as well as sales person and coordinator Responsible to handle all accounting works related to dispatch Strong Customer service focus Identifies items and container of incoming and outing shipments and verifies them against consignment records. Ensure the record keeping, MIS & Reporting in proper manner Budget Upto 25 K Experience - Looking for minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
