Role Description Drive the sales team to achieve the sales numbers and drive revenue. Create new product lines to contribute new lines of revenue to the business. Developing sales strategies to acquire new clients and creating new lines of revenue Monitoring competition, economic indicators and industry trends Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount rates Tracking sales team metrics, analyzing sales team data and developing plans to address performance gaps Setting targets, performance plans and standards for sales representatives and coaching individual reps to improve sales performance Enabling team by duly acknowledging team members achievements and accomplishments, planning and implementing regular training programs for skill building. Qualifications Experience in construction, infrastructure, or similar industries Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and financial reports Ability to develop and execute strategic plans Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience working with stakeholders, such as investors, government officials, and community organizations.
